You can still get a copy of the book through dozens of sellers that partner with DRAFT2Digital such as AppleBooks, Barnes & Noble, Everand, and many others. However, the version you get was published using DRAFT2Digital’s template. It’s a great production with easy-to-read typeface, but footnotes are printed at the end of the book instead of at the bottom of the page.
